After registration, delegates will receive an invoice issued by the conference secretary. Payments can be made by means of direct deposit into the conference bank account or by credit card. Please note that no direct link to payment is supplied on the website. The conference secretary will send you a link to the credit card portal.

The registration fees include the following:
- All inclusive: attendance of the workshops and conference sessions, all conference material, a maximum of two presentations, refreshments and lunches during the four days of the conference, the welcoming function and conference dinner.
- Students: the student fee applies to full time under-graduate and honours students only. If the “No functions” option is selected, they may not attend any of the functions, but could book it separately.
- Full Delegate: applies to faculty, delegates from industry, Masters - and PhD students, as well as post-doctoral fellows.
- Accompanying people: may not attend the conference or enjoy any of the refreshments offered during the conference including lunch. However, they are welcome to book for the functions at the costs listed for non-delegates.
- Daily fee: this option is available for delegates who will do a presentation only without the option of a paper.
- Virtual registration: Strictly only for international delegates who will not be able to travel to South Africa for the conference. The fee includes one presentation and one paper only.
Please note that a registration will allow you a maximum of in person TWO in person presentations at the conference and the submission of two papers only.
The registration fees exclude the following: accommodation, airport transfers, air tickets, room service, meals and refreshments not served as part of the conference program.
